Here we have a lot of 5 new Unicom TEL-ADU14A-BK 4 way telephone splitter adapters. It has a male 8 pin RJ45 plug and 4 RJ45 female jacks. It has the T568A wiring pattern. These are new old stock and are still sealed in the original packaging.
