About Us
We aim to dispatch your item from our warehouse within 24 hours of your purchase in most cases. Though, it may take up to 48 hours for unforeseen reasons if any.
Our standard free delivery service takes 3-7 working days from the day of product being purchased.
On our behalf, we will provide you with a tracking number with the courier company 48 hours after purchase.
Our express delivery service takes 48 hours from the day of purchasing.
We deliver outside of the US to everywhere else but it may cost extra compared to domestic delivery. Shipping within US is Free & International starts from $7.99 depending on the item weight and location.
With your payment, we value the secure payment from PayPal which is protected by the Data Protection Act 1998.
Buy it now listing must have immediate payment after purchasing an item.
Auction listings payment can be made 24 hours after the final bid of purchasing. If it has not been paid within the 24 hours your order may get cancelled.

We believe in communication, so if you do not like the product you have received, please do contact us within 7 working days so we can schedule a return. If the item is not faulty, you will have to pay for the return shipping which will be deducted from final refund.
Damaged items – When the products been delivered, before using the item, please examine if the package or the item looks damaged. Please ensure that you keep all original packaging and give us evidence of the damages done to the product via eBay message. Our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition and they are individually examined before being shipped.
When inspecting the item, and the item turns out to be faulty due to dispatch, we will refund all charges to the customer. If the item proves that the customer was responsible for the damages by incorrect applicaton, we will return the item back to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given.
Wrong item? If you have received the wrong item, the fault lies with us so please do contact us through eBay messages so we can arrange a replacement.
Our Refund Policy
Our refunds are issued within 14 days. 14 days for merchandises to be returned and original proof of purchase.
SHOKUNIN USA works with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We obligate 14 days to complete the refund.
Money back is subjected to the returns criteria being followed.

1. Do we ship on weekends? we do ship on Saturdays. However, it all depends on the area that you are in and what postal service policy is for picking up on Saturday. We do not guarantee any fixed delivery dates within our 3-5 working days delivery time.
2. Do you deliver outside of the US? Yes, we do deliver outside US with an extra cost associated with the delivery. Please check our delivery policy for more details.
3. Does the item come assembled? All our products come pre-assembled and ready to use. If there’s an exception it would be mentioned on the listing.
4. Can I change the delivery address? Yes, once the order has been placed simply send us an eBay message requesting delivery to the new address.
5. What courier has my item been sent out with? If you check the tracking number that you are given on eBay, you will be able to see which courier company it is.

8. Can I request a dispatch for a later date? In many cases, our customers ask us to deliver the product after the 5 working days delivery time we offer for delivery. It is possible to request a date after the 5 days and we will dispatch the product accordingly.
